Returns

We’re happy to offer a 60-day return policy for your peace of mind. If it has been over 60 days, we apologise that we can no longer process returns. 

If your purchase was made within the last 60 days, you can return it for a refund.

To ensure a smooth process and to be eligible for a refund, please make sure your item(s) are unopened, unused, and in their original, re-saleable condition. This includes keeping all tamper-resistant seals, packaging, and cellophane intact. 

For items valued over £50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing insurance. This helps ensure that your returned item(s) reach us safely.

Once we receive your return, we can offer you either a full refund or a replacement order.

If you need any assistance with returns please contact customer.services@thebeautystore.com and we will be happy to help.

In the rare event that you receive a defective, incorrect or damaged item (that wasn't advertised as such), just email customer.services@thebeautystore.com and request a Royal Mail Tracked Returns Label. Once you receive it, please print and attach the label to your package and drop it off at your local post office. To help us process claims for damages, we may request photographic evidence. 

Unless the item(s) is found faulty, delivery charges are non-refundable. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount of the refund. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to confirm its arrival. We'll also let you know if your refund has been approved or if there are any issues.

Once your return is approved, we will process your refund. A credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 working days of receiving your returned item(s).

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

  • Any item(s) not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item(s) that is returned more than 60 days after delivery.
Exchanges

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges for unwanted item(s), if you have received a damaged, incorrect, faulty or otherwise unsatisfactory item(s) please follow our returns policy.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order please notify The Beauty Store by email at customer.services@thebeautystore.com within 1 hour of making your order. Please include the following details:

Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account starting from the day your cancellation was accepted.
